HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL CAREERS

A. STAFF NURSE

  1. Attends to new residents, recording their medical history
  2. Performs diagnostic tests, manages and administers residents’ medications
  3. Assist and develop residents’ care plans with medical professionals in the home
  4. Monitors and records residents’ progress, continuous assessment of their physical and mental health - reporting to attending physicians
  5. Assists physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
  6. Advises residents on their conditions and their needs, answering email enquiries
  7. Assists residents with their daily living by performing skilled nursing care
  8. Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of residents and the home
  9. Must work on a 3-shift rotation

 

Qualification / Experience Requirement 

  • Junior nurse: Minimum 1 year’s experience in a care home
  • Nurse: 3 - 5 years of experience in a care home
  • Registered nurses with valid nursing qualifications
  • Familiar with senior care needs
  • Good PR and communication skills

B. PHYSIOTHERAPIST

  1. To assist residents in physical rehabilitation due to illness, surgery, ageing or physical disability
  2. To determine the rehabilitation requirements of residents on a personalised basis
  3. To plan the treatments needed for the rehabilitation of the residents
  4. To liaise with the attending physician on what treatment is necessary for the resident
  5. To organise activities for residents
  6. To perform the physio on the resident at the appointed date and time
  7. To be in communication with the families on what treatment is needed, or to be in communication with the nurses on what treatment is needed, and the nurses will relay the treatments planned for the residents to the families


Qualification/Experience Requirement

  • Preferably Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Physiotherapy
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Gentle and understanding of the different personalities of the residents
  • Good PR and communication skills

C. TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health, considering physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors.
  2. Develop personalised treatment plans based on TCM principles to address specific health concerns.
  3. Administer acupuncture treatments to stimulate specific points on the body for therapeutic purposes.
  4. Prescribe and prepare herbal remedies to support patients’ health and well-being.
  5. Perform cupping therapy, gua sha, and other TCM modalities as appropriate for individual cases.
  6. Educate patients on lifestyle adjustments, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and effective stress management techniques.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients throughout treatment.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Western medical doctors, when necessary.
  9. Stay updated on advancements in TCM, attend training, and participate in continuous professional development.


Qualification/Experience Requirement

  • Preferably Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's in Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in TCM
  • Punctual and reliable

D. CAREGIVER/CARE ASSISTANT

  1. To attend to and care for the daily needs of the residents in the home
  2. To assist the residents in performing their daily living tasks and self-care skills
  3. Be responsive to the residents with caring and empathetic attitudes
  4. Be mindful of the schedule of the home and each resident, especially for meals and baths
  5. Assist the residents in the bath routine
  6. Monitors and records residents’ progress, and continuous assessment of their physical and mental health - reporting to the nurses or attending physicians
  7. Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of residents and the home
  8. Assists the physiotherapist when the resident is being attended to by the physiotherapist
  9. Supervises the cleaners wherever needed to clean up and immediately clean up
  10. Keeps the cook informed of the food requirements of the residents, especially on specific health conditions
  11. To attend to inquiries when the families visit the residents
  12. Must work on a 3-shift rotation


Qualification / Experience Requirement

  • Minimum SPM
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a care home environment
  • Home carers who have cared for loved ones for a few years can apply

E. Resident Doctor

We are looking for a Resident Medical Doctor underemployment who is willing to be used in Cheras.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure providing excellent medical services to all patients at all times.
  2. To provide medical consultation & physical examination.
  3. To interpret health blood reports, ECG & other relevant medical documentation.
  4. To update & continue medical learning.
  5. Any ad-hoc task required from time to time by the immediate superior.
  6. Maintained a good doctor-patient relationship.
  7. Oversee the workflow of the clinic & staff.


Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess a Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or any equivalent) from a recognised institution.
  • Registered with the Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

  3. Plans promotions for new product launches.
  4. Produces & uploads monthly newsletters & product promotion materials.
  5. Develops & creates content, i.e. design banners, advertising material & email marketing.
  6. Manages social media presence by developing and implementing creative ways to increase the company's brand awareness and drive traffic to our website, Facebook, Instagram, and blogs; updates these sites/pages as necessary.

C. ACCOUNT CUM INVENTORY

  1. Ensures all financial records and statements are in line with laws and regulations.
  2. Documents business financial transactions on a timely basis
  3. Resolves any discrepancies & irregularities found in the records, statements or document transactions
  4. Creates invoices and quotations for B2B customers
  5. Request payment overdue from the client
  6. Manages stock inventory and warehousing activities
  7. Closes accounts every month
  8. Handles customer enquiries and assists in customer service


 Qualification/Experience Requirement:

  • 1 year of working experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.

D. GRAPHIC DESIGN

  1. Enhances and executes design concepts, graphics and layouts for products.
  2. Creates interactive designs for social media platforms.
  3. Develops and executes graphics for marketing tools (posters, bunting, flyers, catalogues, brochures, etc.)
  4. Develops and executes designs for events, exhibitions, etc.
  5. Takes photos and videos of events when required.


Qualification/Experience Requirement:

  • From the Faculty of Graphic Design/ Art Design/ Creative Multimedia, or any equivalent.

E. E-COMMERCE & MARKETPLACE

  1. Uploads products. eCommerce listing and develops bundles for eCommerce & its marketplace
  2. Syncs with marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, eBay, Amazon and many more) and also B2B channels
  3. Updates iElder.asia and marketplace inventory
  4. Shipment of products and update the courier company at marketplace & iElder.asia, and liaises with suppliers
  5. Assists with business development matters


 Qualification/Experience Requirement

  • From the Faculty of Business Administration and Management
  • Ability to prioritise workload to achieve company goals.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.

F. SERVICE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

  1. To maintain, service and repair the electrical items and other components of the facilities, including medical equipment 


Qualification/Experience Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialised in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
