Dr. Kong Why Hong
Integrative Medicine Specialist | Founder & Managing Director, AIM Healthcare Group

Dr. Kong Why Hong is an integrative medicine specialist who believes that combining Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) provides the most holistic and effective care for patients.

Guided by this vision, he founded AIM Healthcare Group, a five-storey integrated care centre that combines a medical clinic, care centre, TCM and acupuncture centre, and physiotherapy centre under one roof. He also leads Poliklinik Perdana in Cheras.

Dr. Kong graduated as a TCM physician from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 1998 and later earned his medical degree from Crimea State Medical University in 2010. He further completed a PhD in TCM Oncology at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.

With more than 28 years of experience, Dr. Kong has practised in Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine, and has served in the emergency and rehabilitation departments of Malaysian government hospitals.He previously served as Senior Assistant Director in the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division of the Ministry of Health Malaysia and as Head of Clinical at GHHS MINES Wellness City.

Dr. Kong is a registered medical doctor with the Malaysia Medical Council and formerly served as Secretary-General of the Malaysia Chinese Medical Association, Acupuncture Association of Malaysia, and Malaysia Oncology Society. He has also been a visiting lecturer at INTI International University and Xiamen University.

He currently continues his work in integrative healthcare while pursuing further studies in Geriatric Medicine.
